The World Atlas of Coffee is my favorite all-around book about coffee. James Hoffmann is a master communicator, and he does a wonderful job of discussing coffee growing, roasting, and brewing in plain terms anyone can understand, while offering enough detail to maintain the attention of even a seasoned coffee professional. The second half of the book is a tour of coffee-growing regions, with again just the right amount of detail to engage any type of reader. I can’t recommend this book enough for anyone who loves coffee and wants to learn more about it.
