Let’s try something new!
On Sunday, December 22 in NYC, I will offer a new class “Roasting for baristas.” But you don’t have to be a barista to attend, this class is for anyone interested in roasting. :)
Class will feature a cupping that includes samples with roast defects or green defects, and some straight-up delicious coffees as well.

How to roast consistently

How do baked, underdeveloped, and roasts with too much conduction taste?
What are the important factors to consider when purchasing a roasting machine

What are the primary green processing methods?
